We celebrated Barbara Park in the library the week before Thanksgiving. I read a few pages from Junie B Jones about what Room 1 was thankful about. The kids vowed to have exploding biscuits with their dinners and to remember Barbara Park. I am sadder than I expected to feel, she felt like a friend.
