A November Endorsement: The Intersect Podcast

We all know and love the Brain Burps About Books podcast, right? The children’s lit focused brainchild of author/illustrator Katie Davis has been going strong for a couple years now. But what to do after you’ve already listened to the latest Brain Burps episode?

I was recently alerted to Intersect, a brand new podcast that is now going in my regular rotation. It’s hosted by children’s author Patrick Carman (Skeleton Creek, The 39 Clues) and Jeremy Gonzalez and billed as “the podcast where stories and pop culture collide”. It’s funny, it’s interesting, and they like to talk to children’s authors and illustrators – David Shannon and Jon Scieszka have both already appeared.
I just listened to the Scieszka episode and loved it. Who knew our former ambassador is such a Ron Swanson fan?
