The Author Video Mother Lode
I challenge you to a good ol’ fashioned game of “I Bet I Can Find a Video Interview of An Author You Like”. Have you heard of Reading Rockets? From the source:

Reading Rockets is a national multimedia project offering information and resources on how young kids learn to read, why so many struggle, and how caring adults can help.
Included among these resources is one of the finest collections of author/illustrator videos I’ve ever seen. It’s a staggering – interviews of pretty much every key figure in modern children’s literature. What you see below is just a fraction of their author video library. You can access the videos two ways:

Nice! I have two new videos–one with Holly Black and the other with KT Horning. KT’s video is in two parts and I do not yet have the second part finished. I will be making the official announcement as soon as it is done. You are getting a scoop!
I’ll be sure to share that in a future post, Ed – if this is the mother lode, your collection of author videos is the mother lode part II.
I love this site. Sometimes it is the only spot with an interview.
