Love it! I like Strawberry Girl, even if it’s really dated. It’s quite something to see a picture of Florida that wasn’t that long ago, but is so very different than the rest of the US at that time.
FYI, I’m having 5th grade students do this project using Google Docs Drawing this year in library/tech. Not Newbery books per se, but I have a stack of weed-worthy books due to their covers. Thanks for the inspiration!
