Gaiman and Collins: Writing Books and Influencing People
Neil Gaiman, Suzanne Collins – how are these two alike? Authors, yes. Most influential people in the world? Perhaps. Both are candidates for the 2010 installment of the Time 100, the magazine’s annual roundup of movers, shakers, and honchos both head and on the rise. It appears that readers can vote for who they want to make the list, and the standings are viewable to all. As of this writing, Gaiman is sitting pretty at the #19 position, residing between Stephen Colbert and Sarah Palin. Collins is lower on the list at #190. Get out the vote!
