Lina
It’s been pretty quiet around here the past few days for a great reason – as of Friday, my wife and I have a beautiful baby daughter! Lina is happy and healthy. We are well smitten.

Wow, thank you very much for all the well wishes! At 10 days old Lina is doing great.
Congrats! And she’s even got a name right out of a children’s book — THE WHEEL ON THE SCHOOL. I guess a stork must have brought her.
Nice to hear from you! Thanks for bringing the knowledge with a Newbery name association – that’s very cool! Lina’s name was actually (partially) inspired by a 2003 kid’s book. Some have said that this book was robbed when it failed to win any Newbery recognition. Any guesses?
