Books on Film Double Feature: Long-Form Selznick and a New Children’s Book Doc

The Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) released a wide-ranging interview with alum Brian Selznick. The conversation touches on wardrobe-as-conversation-starter, making books as a queer man, book banning, and much more. It’s maybe my favorite creator video of the year.

But that’s not all! The children’s literature documentary Story & Pictures By is now streaming. It focuses on the lives and work of Christian Robinson, Yuyi Morales, and Mac Barnett. I know what I’ll be watching next. Click here for all the streaming options.
