Books on Film: Beyond the Book with S. K. Ali and Aisha Saeed
I’m always curious about how anthology books come together. Even though I was part of one once, I did my part, but didn’t have a sense of how the whole thing came together.
I was happy then, to watch S.K. Ali and Aisha Saeed talk about the anthology they’ve edited, Once Upon an Eid: Stories of Hope and Joy by 15 Muslim Voices. From the cover to the individual stories within, they discuss (along with two children’s librarians) the book inside and out.
