THURSDAY AT THE THEATER

While there was a Japanese animated film, The Magic Tree House series has never been adapted for U.S. audiences. That may change soon. Click here to read.

GO NERDCAMPING

Nerdcamp MI is going to be great this year. Short description: it’s an unconference focused on literacy. Long description: Postcards from Nerdcamp (via School Library Journal). Sometimes I shake my head at all the ridiculous stuff I’ve put up on this blog. Like the Battle of the Bad Bookmarks. (Note: The above image is not the cover. Not at all. See below)

All the Wonders is taking the book cover reveal to heretofore unseen levels of coolness. They recently revealed the cover for the third and final book in Aaron Becker’s Journey trilogy – Return. There’s even a really cool video to go along with it. Click here to see it.

A copy of my new book Dance! Dance! Underpants! has a hundred dollar bill hidden inside.

Sure, a copy in my studio but still, exciting!
