Comic: Book Cover Battle

I know, I know – books for adults can have some excellent covers and there are very talented people making them. This particular comic was inspired by my trip to the public library today, where I noticed a disproportionate number of the “huge author name + huge title = cover” books. Tom Clancey, I ain’t mad at ya!

  1. Love it! I agree wholeheartedly! I especially enjoy the machine gun on the Clancy cover.

  2. Thanks for making me laugh at the start of the day. “Gypsy Moths” was a fantastic book, btw, as is Julia Denos’ art.

  3. I hear they’re re-releasing all of Clancy’s books without a title on the cover. First you have to buy it, then the person at the register will tell you what you just purchased.
