Have just finished this book, and learned so much. As a professional librarian of 20+ years with a decades-long marketing/communications/publishing background…I believe that this book is a milestone in our study of human relations. Loved the attitude and the perspective of this brilliant (understands the mission, does what is right, doesn’t care what others think) librarian. Want the world to read it. Gratitude to AJ.
