Now that we’re fully into 2021, more books that talk about the coronavirus pandemic are starting to pop up. There’s fiction, nonfiction, middle grade, and books for the earliest of readers.
Here are all the ones I could find coming out in 2021. Did I miss any? Let me know in the comments.
“Windows” by Patrick Guest and Jonathan Bentley
Thanks for the list!
Thank you, Julie! I added it to the post.
Hi, Travis. I have an upcoming YA novel called I’m Good and Other Lies in which a teen girl deals with an addict parent, a soul-crushing part-time job and a heartbreak–the effects of which are all compounded by quarantine. I believe it will be the first North American YA novel featuring a teen dealing with the mental health effects of lockdown. The publisher is DCB, an independent Canadian press that also distributes into the U.S. The book will have a fall release in Canada and a winter release in the U.S. It’s being fast-tracked, so no cover just yet!
Thanks for letting us know, Bev!
