Some New Notes

Remember Three’s Company? Good. Remember its spin-off Three’s a Crowd? No? Oh, I might be in trouble…

I’m going to try something new around here. Instead of one big Morning Notes post, I’m going to spin off each category (Headlines, Book Buzz, Post of the Week, Tweet o’ the Week, and Books on Film) into their own individual posts during the week. The Morning Notes title will still exist, but it will strictly be headlines of the week.
“Boooo!!!” you say? Here’s my reasoning:
- The big link roundup is deceptively time consuming, which often led to me scrapping the whole thing at the 11th hour and heading to bed a defeated man (over-exaggeration, but you get the idea).
- A lot of times I’m checking back to previous posts and having a bunch of things in the Morning Notes posts makes them hard to find. This is important when I’m trying to find that video of a chimp reading a book.
- As separate posts, things are spread out, which will probably make each post better (warning: “better” for me means “weirder”).
Let’s see how this goes. I hereby reserve the right to switch back if it doesn’t work.
