Not since the fine folks at HarperCollins UK decided to make history with the worlds longest children’s book domino rally have I seen such thrilling book related balderdash. Look out for the sand trap in the children’s section – I hear it’s treacherous. Break out the wickets!

As someone who hosts a mean classroom croquet game yearly during our Alice in Wonderland unit I was admit that I was skeptical. But giving them a whole lot of poetic license (the book-wickets and mallets being the only croquet elements — should have been Master of Library Science Golf), I was won over.
