One Star Review Guess Who? (#22)

image 500x375 One Star Review Guess Who? (#22)

Can you guess the classic children’s book by its scathing one-star review on Goodreads or Amazon?

CREEPY! I never understood why it is such a children’s favourite. It is creepy in psychotic clown sort of a way and highly highly trippy!

To be fair to the reviewer, the edition with Johnny Depp on the cover does make it creepier. I thought that movie was awfully creepy, and even the old one a bit more. The book itself? My 3rd grade teacher read it to me, and I *loved* it. But granted, kids don’t mind a little creepiness as much as adults.
